  The staff was rude and took 20 min to make a sandwich and when I finally got my sandwich only half had sauce and bacon, the chicken was rubber. And the bagel was in pieces and the onions were so thick!! I was so disappointed because the one in fort Lewis was on point.

  I love Einstein Bros., but after going through the general bs to even get there as the only one near me in on an army post, they were out of bagels. With no apparent plan to bother making more, they offered other crap. I chose said other crap. After a seemingly impossible amount of time had passed, I finally received the sandwich. Total fail from a usually great chain.

  Employees are rude, front counter was empty and dirty, they have no beagles ready.... the should just close these please and add a new restaurant cus they really bad

  Service was a bit slow BUT the lunch was good. Fresh hot bagel. I will be back.
