  We love Pizza Hut, however, this is the WORST Pizza Hut we have ever experienced. Unfortunately, they are the closest to us and the only one on base. They always mess up our order. Most of the time our food is old.. one time our cinnamon sticks were even grossly soggy.. I have no clue why! One time after complaining to us they said our next order would be on the house just to ask for a certain manager who was NEVER there when we wanted to order so we couldn't get our free order. This place is ridiculous! It doesn't even taste like other Pizza Huts.

  So I order big dinner box they said it would take an hour. But the I had to call a hour and a half later they say it's on its way. Then when driver gets here left two of my sodas and my three marinara. I called again and all they say is we will send it out in 15 mins so to recap. I tipped driver and waited 2 hours for food that was only supposed to take 1 hour. Worst pizza service ever. Manger Sarah who ended up delivery my pizza credit my order. She is a fantastic person and manager.
